We're looking for an Early Years Educator - Level 3 (SENCO) to join our Saltford Nursery, between Bristol and Bath. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in children's lives while building a long-term career in a supportive, well-established, and forward-thinking setting.

This is a well-established, high-performing setting that has a strong reputation in the local community for providing consistent, high-quality early years care. The setting is split across two sites: the nursery located on the main road in Saltford, and the pre-school based within the grounds of Saltford Primary School, with additional after-school club provision also delivered. The team supports a positive and collaborative working culture across both sites.

What you'll do:

• Deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS
• Support each child's individual development and wellbeing
• Build positive relationships with families, colleagues, and school staff
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care
• Contribute to after-school club provision when required

What we're looking for:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• Experience working with SENCO/SEND, with a good understanding of supporting children with additional needs
• Strong knowledge of child development
• Confident, collaborative, and professional communicator
• Inclusive, reflective, and committed to ongoing development
• Ability to work across nursery and pre-school settings

Nice to have:

• Paediatric First Aid qualification
• Experience supporting children with additional needs
• Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery systems
