Job Summary: We’re looking for a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our Saltford Nursery, between Bristol and Bath. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives while building a long-term career in a supportive, well-established, and forward-thinking setting.
The setting is split across two sites: the nursery located on the main road in Saltford, and the pre-school based within the grounds of Saltford Primary School, with additional after-school club provision also delivered. The team supports a positive and collaborative working culture across both sites.

What you’ll do:
- Deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS
- Support each child’s individual development and wellbeing
- Build positive relationships with families, colleagues, and school staff
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care
- Contribute to after-school club provision when required
What we’re looking for:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- Strong knowledge of child development
- Confident, collaborative, and professional communicator
- Inclusive, reflective, and committed to ongoing development
- Ability to work across nursery and pre-school settings
Nice to have:
- Paediatric First Aid qualification
- Experience supporting children with additional needs
- Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery systems
