The Role

As an EarlyYears professional, you'llplay a keyrole in creatinginspiring learningexperiences, championingchildren's developmentand working inpartnership with familiesto provide thevery best startinlife.

You'll work closelywith children, families, colleagues and externalpartners to deliverhigh-quality earlyeducation and carein line withthe EYFS framework, while promoting children'swellbeing, safeguardingand inclusion.

This role alsoprovides opportunitiesto developspecialistexpertise in areassuch as SEND,safeguarding, early languagedevelopment, outdoor learning, behaviour and wellbeing, and coaching, trainingandquality improvement.

What You'll BeDoing

• Deliver high-quality early education and care in line with the EYFS framework
• Plan and facilitate engaging learning experiences that support children's individual development
• Observe, assess and document children's progress and achievements
• Build strong, professionalrelationships with families, colleagues and externalpartners
• Promote children's wellbeing,safeguarding and inclusionat all times
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, continuous improvementand professional practice

You’ll:

• Hold a recognised Early Years qualification
• Have SENCO/SEND experience
• Have a strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
• Be committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for children
• Have the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Take a professional, reflective and proactive approach to practice
• Have a genuine interest in Early Years education
