We’re looking for an Early Years Supervisor with experience in child development and committed to supporting children’s growth and learning based at our Dolls House nursery. As an Early Years Supervisor, you’ll lead, motivate, and support your room team to deliver high-quality care and education in a safe, stimulating environment. You’ll build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues while ensuring excellent standards of safeguarding, learning, and wellbeing are consistently maintained.

About the role:
- Lead and support a room team to deliver outstanding care and education
- Deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS
- Support children’s individual development, wellbeing, and progress
- Build strong relationships with families, colleagues, and external agencies
- Monitor planning, assessments, and room standards to ensure quality outcomes
- Coach, mentor, and develop colleagues through inductions, supervisions, and day-to-day support
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance standards are consistently maintained
About you:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience within an Early Years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and childcare legislation
- Paediatric First Aid and Level 2 Safeguarding (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- A proactive, team-focused approach with a genuine passion for developing children and colleagues
- Confidence in supporting audits, room improvements, and maintaining high standards
