We are looking for an experienced and energetic Early Years Supervisor to join our team at our Boys & Girls Nursery in Stanmore.

About the role:

  • Lead a well-established team in delivering high-quality care and education whilst managing your own key group of children.
  • Focus on promoting school readiness, ensuring your room team provide quality, safe and stimulating environments.
  • Play a crucial role in supporting the effective running of the nursery through efficient organisation.
  • Lead by example using your valuable experience to provide guidance, support and mentorship to team members.
  • Work closely with the management team to provide the best professional development opportunities for your team.
  • Communicate effectively with our families, creating professional relationships and keeping them consistently informed about their child’s progress and wellbeing.

Who we’re looking for:

  • You’ll have a Level 3 qualification (preferably level 6) with a full and relevant Early Years Education or Childcare qualification.
  • An evident drive for making a difference within early years practice and have relevant experience in supporting team members to make positive progress within their roles.
  • Proven experience leading a quality nursery room environment, and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of working with children.
  • A track record of upholding established policies and procedures, ensuring the safeguarding and wellbeing of our children, and the health and safety of educational environments.
