We’re looking for an Early Years Senior Supervisor to join our Bradley Stoke Nursery in North Bristol. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives while building a long-term career in a supportive, forward-thinking, and award-winning setting.

As an Early Years Senior Supervisor, you’ll lead, motivate, and support your room team to deliver high-quality care and education in a safe, stimulating environment. You’ll build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues while ensuring excellent standards of safeguarding, learning, and wellbeing are consistently maintained.

What you’ll do:
- Lead and support a room team to deliver outstanding care and education
- Deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS
- Support children’s individual development, wellbeing, and progress
- Build strong relationships with families, colleagues, and external agencies
- Monitor planning, assessments, and room standards to ensure quality outcomes
- Coach, mentor, and develop colleagues through inductions, supervisions, and day-to-day support
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance standards are consistently maintained
What we’re looking for:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience within an Early Years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and childcare legislation
- Paediatric First Aid and Level 2 Safeguarding (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- A proactive, team-focused approach with a genuine passion for developing children and colleagues
- Confidence in supporting audits, room improvements, and maintaining high standards
