We’re looking for Early Years Educators with experience in child development and committed to supporting children’s growth and learning based at our Swindon nursery. As an Early Years Educator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, dedicated to ensuring consistent, high‑quality education within a safe and secure environment within our nurseries.

About the role

  • Provide exceptional early years education, supporting each child’s development and learning journey.
  • Confidently implement and follow the EYFS framework to ensure high‑quality teaching and care.
  • Meet the daily needs of every child with compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism.
  • Design and deliver stimulating activities that enrich learning and promote holistic development.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers through open and effective communication.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, health, and safety in every interaction and environment.
  • Actively contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas and insights to positively shape the future of the children in our care.

About you

  • Qualified to Level 3 and have experience with child development and learning, committed to children’s emotional and intellectual growth.
  • Communicate confidently and professionally, and work collaboratively.
  • Work inclusively, creating a supportive, respectful environment.
  • Be reflective and committed to professional growth.
  • Can commute easily to multiple nursery sites within a one‑hour radius.

Nice to haves

  • Paediatric First Aid certification.
  • Experience supporting children with additional needs.
  • Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software.
