The Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Deliverhigh-quality earlyeducation and carein line withthe EYFS framework
  • Plan and facilitateengaginglearning experiences thatsupport children's individualdevelopment
  • Observe, assess anddocument children's progressand achievements
  • Build strong, professionalrelationships with families, colleagues and externalpartners
  • Promote children's wellbeing,safeguarding and inclusionat all times
  • Contribute to aculture of excellence,continuous improvementand professional practice
