The Role

- Plan and facilitateengaginglearning experiences thatsupport children's individualdevelopment
- Observe, assess anddocument children's progressand achievements
- Build strong, professionalrelationships with families, colleagues and externalpartners
- Promote children's wellbeing,safeguarding and inclusionat all times
- Contribute to aculture of excellence,continuous improvementand professional practice

- A recognised Early Years qualification.
- A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
