The setting also has a strong working relationship with the University of the West of England (UWE), regularly engaging with students, supply teams, and attending partnership events.
We invest in you as much as you invest in the children. You’ll benefit from structured training, mentoring from experienced leaders, and clear progression pathways into senior and management roles, helping you grow your career with confidence.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and support a room team to deliver outstanding care and education
- Deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS

- A proactive, team‑focused approach with a genuine passion for developing children and colleagues
- Confidence in supporting audits, room improvements, and maintaining high standards
What you’ll get:
- 50% childcare discount

- Life assurance
- Up to 4 extra days off at Christmas
