Job Summary: Following our recent successful campaign, we’re excited to be recruiting even more Mobile Early Years Educators! Happy Days Nurseries is offering unique opportunities to be part of our Mobile Workforce - a dynamic team of Educators that support multiple settings across Bristol. As a Mobile Early Years Educator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, dedicated to ensuring consistent, high-quality education within a safe and secure environment within our nurseries. You’ll travel to settings within a one-hour commute from your home or base nursery, providing essential cover and support.
So, what will you be doing?
- Delivering outstanding early years education and child development
- Implementing and following the curriculum and framework, such as EYFS
- Ensuring children’s day-to-day needs are fully met
- Creating and planning activities to stimulate learning, ensuring children’s development is enriched
- Building and maintaining excellent partnerships with colleagues, parents and carers, fostering open trust-based communication
- Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and health and safety are met in every interaction and activity
Who we are looking for:
Are you an Early Years Educator qualified to Level 3 who:
- Has experience with child development and learning and is committed to children’s emotional and intellectual growth
- Communicates confidently, professionally and works collaboratively
- Works in a way that is inclusive and creates a supportive, respectful environment
- Is reflective and committed to professional growth
- Can easily commute to multiple nursery sites within a one-hour radius
And a few nice-to-haves:
- Paediatric First Aid certification
- Experience supporting children with additional needs
- Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software
