The Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Deliver high-quality early education and care in line with the EYFS framework
• Plan and facilitate engaging learning experiences that support children's individual development
• Observe, assess and document children's progress and achievements
• Build strong, professional relationships with families, colleagues and external partners
• Promote children's wellbeing, safeguarding and inclusion at all times
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, continuous improvement and professional practice

  • A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
