We're looking an Early YearsEducator / Early ChildhoodProfessional to play a key role in children's early development.

The Role

As an EarlyYears professional, you'llplay a keyrole in creatinginspiring learningexperiences, championingchildren's developmentand working inpartnership with familiesto provide the very best startinlife.

You’ll work closelywith children, families, colleagues and externalpartners to deliverhigh-quality earlyeducation and carein line withthe EYFS framework, while promoting children'swellbeing, safeguardingand inclusion.

This role also provides opportunitiesto develop specialist expertise in areas such as SEND, safeguarding, early language development, outdoor learning, behaviour and wellbeing, and coaching, trainingandquality improvement.

What You’ll BeDoing

• Deliver high-quality early education and care in line with the EYFS framework
• Plan and facilitate engaging learning experiences that support children's individual development
• Observe, assess and document children's progress and achievements
• Build strong, professionalrelationships with families, colleagues and externalpartners
• Promote children's wellbeing,safeguarding and inclusionat all times
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, continuous improvement and professional practice

• Hold a recognised Early Years qualification

• Take a professional, reflective and proactive approach to practice
• Have a genuine interest in Early Years education
