About the role:
As an Early Years Assistant, you will:
Assistin providing exceptional early years education, supporting each child’sdevelopmentand learning journey.
Confidently implement and follow frameworks such as the EYFS to ensure high-quality teaching and care.
Meet the daily needs of every child with compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism.
Deliver stimulating activities that enrich learning and promote holistic development.
Build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers through open and effective communication.
Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, health, and safety in every interaction and environment.
Actively contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas and insights to positively shape the future of the children in our care.
