About the Role
We\’re looking for a Sales & Appointments Executive to help drive sales, improve follow-up, and keep our sales pipeline moving.
This is a hands-on, commercial role — not admin, not call-centre work. You\’ll be booking appointments, supporting in-store sales when needed, chasing quotes, and helping convert enquiries into completed sales.
If you\’re organised, confident speaking to customers, and motivated by results, this role will suit you perfectly.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking and confirming customer appointments
- Chasing quotes
- Following up customers who haven\’t decided yet
- Supporting in-store sales during quieter periods
- Reducing cancellations through proactive contact
- Keeping accurate notes and updates on the sales system
- Helping move customers from enquiry → sale
What We\’re Looking For
- Confident and professional on the phone
- Sales or customer-facing experience (retail, telesales, appointments, or similar)
- Organised and proactive — you don\’t wait to be chased
- Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
- Reliable, positive attitude, and eager to improve
Experience in flooring, home improvement, or retail sales is a bonus — but not essential.
