We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Property Manager to join our remote team, managing a portfolio of residential properties while delivering outstanding service to tenants and agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Management: Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, handling maintenance, compliance, and tenant queries.
- Tenancy Administration: Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, deposits, and end-of-tenancy processes.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all properties meet UK lettings and property management regulations, including safety certifications and legal requirements.
- Repairs & Maintenance: Coordinate repairs and maintenance with landlords, contractors, and tenants.
- Client & Tenant Relations: Act as the main point of contact for letting agents, landlords, and tenants, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Ownership & Accountability: Take full ownership of your assigned agents and portfolio, proactively managing tasks, solving problems, and ensuring a smooth property management experience.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of property details, inspections, and communications.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in property management or lettings
- Strong knowledge of UK lettings regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
