Happl is seeking its first dedicated Employee Benefits Consultant for the US.
You will own day-to-day benefits delivery for Happl's US customers, handling renewals, enrollment cycles, compliance administration, and acting as the in-house voice of the US market as we build out features for this region.
This is a hybrid strategy-and-delivery role with a mix of hands-on account management, compliance administration, and product discussions.
