Happl in London is seeking an experienced SDR Manager to build and lead our outbound function from the ground up. You’ll hire, coach, and mentor a growing team of SDRs while staying hands-on, prospecting alongside them, and shaping the playbook that defines Happl’s outbound motion.
You’ll own pipeline targets, collaborate with Marketing and AE teams, and craft messaging across email, LinkedIn, and calls. This is a player-manager role with real equity and hybrid work.
