Happl is backed by leading investors such as YCombinator, 6Degrees Capital, and more, known for backing leading companies such as Deel, Rippling, Airbnb, Coinbase, Dropbox, and most recently was awarded a place in the UK's top 100 startups for 2026.
As a Performance Marketing Manager at Happl, you'll take the lead on how we generate and scale demand. This isn't just about running ads. You'll help build a performance engine that brings the right companies to Happl and turns interest into a qualified pipeline. From testing new channels to refining conversion journeys, you'll focus on what drives real commercial impact.
You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align campaigns with our wider strategy, using data to guide decisions and continuously improve results. You'll help shape how we grow, and make sure our marketing spend works hard for the business.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning Happl's paid acquisition strategy end-to-end, managing and scaling channels such as Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms to drive qualified pipeline.
- Managing day-to-day budget allocation across channels, dynamically shifting spend to hit MQL, SQL, and revenue targets.
- Continuously optimising campaigns, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and maximise return on ad spend.
- Designing and running structured experiments across creatives, messaging, offers, and channels, with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and documented learnings.
- Applying a strong commercial lens to performance, closely tracking CAC, LTV, payback periods, and lead quality to ensure growth is efficient and scalable.
- Working closely with Content, and GTM teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and compelling conversion journeys.
- Partnering with Sales and RevOps to align on lead quality, pipeline progression, and revenue attribution.
- Building and maintaining clear performance dashboards, providing the business with accurate, timely reporting and actionable insights.
- Identifying new growth opportunities, from untapped channels to new audience segments, and building the playbooks to scale them.
- Supporting new product or market launches with structured paid strategies that generate early traction and measurable impact.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS performance or growth marketing.
- Proven experience scaling paid channels that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Strong grasp of Google, LinkedIn, Meta and paid media optimisation.
- Commercially sharp, confident managing CAC, LTV, ROAS and lead quality.
- Data-driven, comfortable with attribution, analytics and structured experimentation.
- Experienced running A/B tests across creatives, audiences and landing pages.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator across Sales, RevOps, Product and Content.
- Organised, proactive and always looking for smarter ways to scale growth.
If you don't meet every requirement but feel this role fits your trajectory, we'd still love to hear from you!
Why join Happl:
