We’re building the next generation of employee benefits infrastructure. At Happl, we help global teams design, manage, and scale benefits that actually work for their people by using AI, across flex allowances, benefits, insurance, recognition, and wellbeing, all in one intelligent platform.

About The Role

As a Content Marketing Manager at Happl, you’ll own how we tell our story to the world. This isn’t a “write a few blog posts” role. You’ll shape the voice of a category-defining company, turning global benefits, compliance, and AI into sharp, compelling stories that HR and Finance leaders actually want to read. You’ll sit at the centre of the business, partnering with Product, Sales, and Leadership to translate big ideas into high-impact content that drives awareness, trust, and new customers in the pipeline. You’ll define the narrative, set the tone, and build out the engine.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning Happl’s content strategy end-to-end, building a clear roadmap that drives brand awareness, inbound demand, and commercial impact
  • Conducting keyword, competitor, and trend research to identify high-impact content opportunities across HR, employee benefits, AI, and global compliance
  • Managing the content calendar, ensuring a consistent publishing cadence across blog, website, social, email, and enablement channels
  • Producing high-quality long-form and strategic content, including guides, reports, landing pages, case studies, white papers, and thought leadership pieces
  • Writing and optimising website and campaign copy to improve conversion, clarity, and positioning
  • Translating complex product and compliance topics into simple, compelling narratives for HR, Finance, and leadership audiences
  • Collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align content with launches, feature updates, and GTM priorities
  • Partnering with social, paid, lifecycle, and PR to amplify content and maximise distribution
  • Tracking and analysing performance across traffic, engagement, pipeline influence, and conversion metrics, using insights to continuously improve results
  • Staying ahead of industry shifts in employee benefits, HR, and AI, positioning Happl as a category-defining voice in the market

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years experience in content marketing, content strategy, or a B2B content role, ideally within SaaS
  • Strong writing ability, with a proven track record of producing clear, engaging, and commercially impactful content
  • Solid understanding of SEO (and emerging AEO principles), with the ability to turn research and insights into high-performing content ideas
  • Experience writing about complex topics such as HR, payroll, compliance, fintech, or B2B technology — and making them easy to understand
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable tracking performance metrics and optimising content based on traffic, engagement, and pipeline impact
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Growth, and Leadership in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, maintaining high quality and consistency
  • Genuine interest in SaaS, HR technology, employee benefits, and AI, with curiosity to stay ahead of industry trends

If you don’t meet every requirement but feel this role fits your trajectory, we’d still love to hear from you.
