Happening, a global technology company in the sports betting and gaming sector, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead one of our product teams within the Trading department. You will work alongside top talent to design and deliver industry‐leading trading tools and systems that drive operational excellence and customer impact across all markets.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as a Product Manager working with Engineering teams developing B2C products.
  • Customer‐focused and data‐driven with a passion for solving customer problems.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thrives in a fast‐paced, results‐driven environment.
  • Self‐motivated, organized and able to drive the Product Strategy.
  • Understanding of technology and agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and understand Happening customer behaviour and needs to define hypotheses and requirements that shape suitable features and journeys.
  • Create best‐in‐class product features and journeys that help take the Happening gaming product to the next level.
  • Work with designers, engineers and stakeholders to define and deliver reliable, scalable solutions to customer problems.
  • Coordinate product launch plans with marketing, commercial, operations and support teams.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of the Happening gaming product.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, GDPR requirements and legal positioning of the Sports Betting and Gaming industry are considered in product features.
  • Lead customer research, discovery and defining customer value for our products.
  • Drive discovery and utilize customer feedback to build a picture of customer problems, opportunities and behaviour.
  • Make data‐driven decisions utilizing customer research, behavioural, product and commercial data.
  • Collaborate with Data Analysts to develop reporting capabilities for understanding and measuring customer behaviour.
  • Define success metrics for Gaming products and use data to measure success; measure and iterate on product lifecycle.
  • Monitor competitors and their offerings.
  • Engage stakeholders to understand expectations and incorporate feedback when appropriate.
  • Set expectations with stakeholders and communicate status and progress on outcomes and deliverables.
  • Understand overall strategic direction and align roadmap to company and product strategy.
  • Build and maintain a roadmap for your area; prioritise initiatives based on Customer Value, Business Viability and Technology feasibility.
  • Input and define quarterly Objectives and Key Results within your product team.
