Hapimag is seeking a highly motivated Resort Manager to join our team at our stunning location in the Lake District! In this role, you\’ll lead and oversee all daily operations for our 46-apartment resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and financial performance.
The Hapimag Resort in Bowness-on-Windermere offers a tranquil escape in the heart of the Lake District National Park. Our resort welcomes Hapimag shareholders and members, Timeshare owners of Burnside Park owners club, and hotel guests, providing them with a memorable home away from home.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in resort or aparthotel management (General Manager, Deputy Manager, Operations Manager) or/including previous work as a department head (room division, front office)
- Hospitality or tourism industry education, with a focus on guest service excellence
- Great sense of responsibility and quality combined with the ability to think economically as well as to build strong relationships with the resort team
- Strong financial acumen and a passion for profitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and good knowledge of German
- A genuine love for the Lake District and a desire to build a strong local network
