What you can expect:
- Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs throughout the resort and outside area.
- Respond to maintenance requests from departments in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.
- Perform basic repairs including plumbing, electrical, painting, joinery, and general building maintenance.
- Support the Operations Manager with inspections of guest rooms, plant areas, and public spaces.
- Help ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations.
