Our Hapimag City Resort London is centrally located next to Hyde Park. It reopened its doors in May 2021 after an extensive renovation and offers 44 spacious apartments, an honesty shop and reception area.

To support the reception team, we are looking for a committed personality who will support our team and welcome our guests with a smile.

What you can expect:

  • Welcoming and looking after our guests at the reception
  • Check-in, Check-Out to the individual standards
  • Processing reservations from all types of guests and preparing their arrival information
  • Actively selling additional services and touristic offers such as tickets, excursions etc.
  • Collaboration with the optimisation of quality assurance and guest satisfaction
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks in close cooperation with other departments

What you bring along:

  • Work experience in a similar function, ideally within hospitality/tourism
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer oriented
  • Knowledge of commonly used IT-Tools; ideally including hotel booking systems, etc.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; Italian or any other European language is of advantage
  • Pre-Settled or Settled status (Residence/work permit for UK) is mandatory
