We’re looking for a volunteer to help set up online forms and a simple workflow for a short, well‑defined project. You’ll support a preventative education initiative working with universities by helping streamline how information is collected and organised.
This work will help us move from manual processes to a simple, reliable system, allowing our small team to focus on delivery rather than administration. It will directly support a preventative education initiative designed to help institutions engage earlier and more effectively. By improving internal workflows, you’ll help create a foundation that can scale sustainably.
Qualifications
- Experience using online form tools (e.g. Tally, Typeform, Google Forms)
- Experience with Google Sheets and Google Drive
- Experience in no‑code tools or simple workflows
- Happy working independently on a short project
Responsibilities
- Build one or two online forms
- Connect form responses to Google Sheets
- Set up a simple, logical workflow (e.g. organising information or folders)
- Test the flow to ensure it works smoothly
