As part of this dynamic team, you\’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global shipping environment, supporting customers and helping our business move forward. This internship is for a period of 6 months. What you\’ll be doing: * Responding to customer queries via email * Supporting the resolution of shipment tracking and delivery issues * Assisting in updating systems with accurate and timely information * Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery * Playing a key role in shaping the future of our Twilight Team What we’re looking for: * A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers * Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner * Basic IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems * Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail * No previous experience required – just your enthusiasm and motivation!
