Aim of Job: The role is to be a key team member in the recruitment and staffing of temporary assignments across the UK. You will be required to manage the onsite process, communicating with temporary staff and clients to ensure an event runs smoothly.
Impact on the Organisation: To be the face of the business ensuring that the onsite process runs smoothly, highlighting negative and positive feedback to enable process improvement plans to be implemented where necessary. Failure to do this will have a negative impact on the business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage tasks set by your Manager / Senior On-Site to ensure a smooth event
- Be the face of the company on site at major events
- Fully understand the onsite sign in process and ensure it is completed from start to finish
- Ensure live timesheets are kept up to date to ensure information is correct at all times and where it should be in line with clients requests
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with all clients and staff
- Ensure excellent customer service is always delivered to both clients and staff
- Ensure client/staff issues are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner and escalated to your Senior / Manager when required
- Ensure your team are regularly updated with regards to any issues raised with staff / clients
- Implement process improvement plans in conjunction with your Senior / Manager to ensure all events run smoothly
- Take photographs at all events for our social media department
- Establish effective supportive working relationships with colleagues, clients and staff members
- Assist in training new members of staff ensuring they meet the required company standards
Monitoring:
- Monitor onsite processes to ensure efficiency
- Monitor ongoing complaints to understand where they are up to
Communication:
- Frequently communicate with your team ensuring that they are kept up to date on current progress and are aware of any issues/concerns
- Communicate with all clients ensuring they are kept up to date with required information
- Communicate with temporary staff as and when required, remaining efficient and professional at all times
- Communicate with the senior management team ensuring that they are kept up to date on current progress
- Be able to work collaboratively with colleagues within the business and have a proven ability to work as a member of a team
Administration:
- To be competent on all in house systems such as Live timesheets / Staff accreditation / Bar sign in / Device allocations and any other systems related to the job role
- Manage, organise and update relevant data using internal databases to ensure required information is always up to date
- Any required administration tasks required for your role
Compliance:
- Ensure that regulatory and corporate compliance is always adhered to, reporting any issues to your team / JotForm
- To carry out work in accordance with the team strategy and fulfil all objectives required of you
- Always ensure confidentiality to protect all employees, temporary employees, clients and any other parties associated with the business
Other:
- To provide cover where necessary for direct colleagues in the event of absence
- To be responsible for identifying own training and development needs in liaison with your team
- Attend relevant meetings as and when required to enable you to carry out your role to the best of your ability
- Display absolute commitment to the highest standards of professional behaviour
- In addition, the employee must be prepared to undertake any reasonable requests made to meet the business needs of the company
