hap Festival & Events Staffing is recruiting bar staff for the 2027 festival season. Join our team behind the bar at some of the UK’s biggest music festivals and outdoor events, serving festivalgoers and helping to create a great atmosphere all weekend.
Whether you’re an experienced bartender or looking for your first festival job, this is a great way to earn money, meet new people and be part of the festival experience. You choose the events and shifts that suit you, so it fits around study, another job or other plans for the summer.
You’ll serve drinks quickly and accurately during busy periods, take payments, and keep your bar area clean, stocked and safe. You’ll check ID and refuse service where needed, follow licensing and health and safety rules, and work closely with your bar team and supervisors to keep queues moving and customers happy.
We offer competitive hourly pay, flexible shifts, and the chance to work at some of the UK’s best festivals.
You must be aged 18 or over and have the right to work in the UK. You’ll need good spoken English, as you’ll be talking to customers and colleagues and taking part in health and safety briefings. We’re looking for friendly, reliable people who can work as part of a team and stay calm when it gets busy. Bar experience is welcome but not essential, as full training is provided.
