hap Festival & Events Staffing is recruiting bar staff for the 2027 festival season to work behind the bar at UK music festivals and outdoor events, serving festivalgoers and helping create a great atmosphere all weekend.
You’ll be paid hourly with flexible shifts and the chance to work at some of the UK’s best festivals. Bar experience is welcome but not essential, as full training is provided and you must be 18 or over with the right to work in the UK.
