hap Flexi is back for another epic summer of festivals – and we’re looking for energetic, reliable bar staff to join our team. This is your chance to earn money while being part of one of the UK’s most iconic live music events.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serving drinks and handling transactions on busy festival bars
- Delivering great customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Working as part of a high-energy, supportive team
Important Information:
- Long shifts expected (10–16 hours) across the festival
- Bars are extremely busy – you must be comfortable working under pressure
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ (due to licensing laws)
- Friendly, reliable, and ready to get stuck in
- Confident communicating in English
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Well-presented with a positive, team-player attitude
