A Site Manager is actively sought to deliver a hotel project as part of a mixed-use project in Hounslow for an established Main Contractor who has over 50 years of experience within construction. You will be the number one overseeing a new build hotel project valued at £5m.
Our client is seeking a construction professional to be involved from build through to handover with excellent communication skills at all levels and a keen eye for detail with the ability to manage various sub-contractors and tradesmen. Our client seeks a Manager with an excellent attitude to work, a professional who can think on their feet and has the ability to deliver a premium project.
You must have good technical understanding and previous experience of hotel build or student accommodation as a Number One. You must have a valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work certificate.
