Site Manager(Main Contracting)-North Berkshire- up to £60,000 per annum
An experienced construction Site Manager is sought to join a market leading Main Contractor with a diverse background of project experience. You will need to be confident and have experience in delivering projects up to £15m from inception to handover across the North Berkshire area.
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects up to £15m from inception to handover across the North Berkshire area.
- Lead on-site management with a focus on quality, safety and timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Site Manager on main contracting projects.
- Strong health and safety knowledge and a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication skills and a stable career background.
- Ability to commute daily to project sites within the North Berkshire area.
