We are actively recruiting on behalf of our Main Contractor client, a Project Manager who can take control of a brand new residential development from inception through to handover.
Reporting into a Construction Director you will have total control of this £15m new build project consisting of 16 Townhouses and 40 Apartments all of which are for private sale.
Our client is seeking a construction professional in either a Senior Site Manager role ready to take the next step up in their career, or a Project Manager who has a proven track record in managing and delivering multi-million pound housing projects from inception through to completion.
You will be supported on site by a site team and entrusted sub-contractors.
Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work certificates are essential.
