Site Manager‑Hounslow - Up to £55,000 plus package.
A Site Manager is actively sought to deliver a hotel project as part of a mixed‑use project in Hounslow for an established Main Contractor who have over 50 years experience within construction.
Reporting into a Project Manager, you will oversee a new build hotel project valued at £5m. Our client is seeking a construction professional to be involved from build through to handover with excellent communication skills at all levels and a keen eye for detail with the ability to manage various sub‑contractors and tradesmen.
Our client seeks a Manager with an excellent attitude to work, a professional who can think on their feet and has the ability to deliver a premium project. You must have good technical understanding and previous experience of new build or refurbishment projects on hotels.
To be considered for this role a valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work certificate is required. Due to ongoing growth and a solid pipeline of work our client is keen to attract candidates with ambition and the willingness to grow their career.
