My client is looking to secure the services of an Assistant Site Manager to support a structured project team to oversee the trades and support the senior site management on this flagship site, which consists of new build residential units and a hotel development.
You will play a pivotal role in moving the programme forward and being an essential member of the site team. My client is a growing Main Contractor with an impressive client list and ongoing project pipeline who are now looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager with career aspirations.
My client is looking for a Manager who has a keen eye for detail having a background within the residential sector ideally and aspirations to be a Number One Site Manager. You need to have previous experience working as an Assistant Site Manager and a proven track record in running trades and developing relationships, as well as working under pressure to tight deadlines.
Ideally you will have a trade background and it is essential that you have a valid CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS and have good IT skills.
