A Freelance Quantity Surveyor is required for 3+ months due to an increase in workload and new sites for a Residential Developer. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be working for a UK housebuilder that specialises in niche, private sector house builds in rural locations, typically between 10 and 70 units.
Based out of Bicester with sites across Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Warwickshire, we are looking to secure the services of a Quantity Surveyor with Residential project experience. You will be working within an established commercial team and expected to manage your own projects and workload.
Due to the ongoing workload and pipeline of further work, the role is expected to go beyond 3 months.
