Hybrid 3 days a week in Chertsey, Surrey Fixed Term Contract until spring 2028 (Maternity leave cover) We’re looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team at Hanwha Vision Europe in Chertsey. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with both customers and internal teams. Key responsibilities include: Providing telephone and email support to customers Processing sales orders and managing invoicing accurately and efficiently Managing stock returns and RMA processes Responding to queries regarding orders, products and stock availability Tracking orders through to final delivery Producing Excel-based reports and performance updates Liaising closely with warehouse and sales teams to manage deliveries and resolve issues Building strong relationships with internal and external contacts Managing workloads effectively while meeting agreed SLAs Supporting colleagues across the wider Sales Support team What we’re looking for: Graduate-level education or A-Levels with at least 2 years’ administrative experience Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines SAP experience is desirable, although training can be provided Additional European language skills would be an advantage If you’re organised, proactive and passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
