We are seeking an experienced Product Manager from the CCTV / Physical Security industry to take ownership of a specialised portfolio covering thermal imaging, IP audio, and IoT-based security solutions. This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring deep industry knowledge, strong technical understanding, and the ability to drive product success across European and Middle Eastern markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio focused on CCTV thermal imaging cameras, IP audio security solutions, and IoT technologies.
  • Define and execute product pricing strategies, ensuring strong market positioning and competitiveness.
  • Lead product lifecycle management, including forecasting, availability, and end-of-life planning.
  • Collaborate closely with HQ and engineering teams to drive product innovation, firmware enhancements, and roadmap development.
  • Plan and deliver product launches, including internal alignment, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Sales, supporting technical queries, customer engagements, and product presentations.
  • Conduct product evaluations and competitive benchmarking to identify market gaps and opportunities.
  • Gather and translate market intelligence, customer insights, and industry trends into actionable product requirements.
  • Develop high-quality product collateral, training materials, and demonstration content in partnership with Marketing.
  • Support certification, compliance, and integration requirements across regional markets.

Required Experience & Expertise

  • Proven Product Management experience within the CCTV / Video Surveillance / Physical Security industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Thermal Imaging technologies (essential).
  • IP Audio systems within security environments (highly desirable).
  • IoT-based devices, integrations, and architectures (highly desirable).
  • Experience working with hardware and software-based security solutions, including integrations.
  • Solid understanding of B2B product strategy, pricing models, and commercial positioning.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Experience supporting Sales teams with technical pre-sales and customer-facing activities.

  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Degree in Engineering or a technical discipline (preferred).
  • Fluent English required; additional European languages advantageous.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
