At Hanwha Vision Europe, we're looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our friendly Business Administration team. From coordinating calendars and maintaining accurate records to welcoming visitors and supporting reception, you'll play an important role in helping our teams operate efficiently.

As our Administration Assistant, you'll provide essential support across the business by:
- Managing and maintaining digital filing systems and documentation
- Proofreading and formatting documents to a high standard
- Supporting reception by welcoming visitors and creating a professional first impression
- Providing reception cover when required to ensure a seamless front-of-house experience
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is required, along with confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience working with policies, compliance or business processes, as well as supporting reception or front-of-house activities, is also beneficial.
This is a full-time, office-based position located at our European Headquarters. Our normal working hours are 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, although occasional flexibility may be required to meet business needs. There may also be occasional travel within the UK or overseas.
