We are recruiting for four internship pathways:
- Product Support Intern
Brief Overview: Support the Product Management team with benchmarking, technical documentation, QA testing, integrations, compliance research, and pre-production sample testing.
You will be involved in:- Building product comparison benchmarks in Excel
- Maintaining datasheets and product repositories
- Supporting ticket systems and HQ coordination
- Assisting with QA, integrations (e.g., VMS platforms), and product testing
- Conducting competitor and compliance research
- Supporting product launches and internal enablement
- Is technically curious and detail-focused
- Enjoys working with data, specifications, and structured processes
- Has BTEC Level qualification or has recently graduated in Engineering, IT, Business, Media or Electronics
- Event Marketing Intern
Brief Overview: Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of regional marketing events and distributor activities across HVME & MEA.
You will be involved in:- Maintaining Event and Distributor Master Excel files
- Supporting CRM and email marketing systems (Salesforce & Force24)
- Assisting with product launch emails and campaign scheduling
- Monitoring distributor branding compliance
- Coordinating translations and supplier communications
- Providing on-site support at UK & EU events
- Is highly organised and confident managing multiple deadlines
- Enjoys working with data, reports, and marketing platforms
- Has BTEC Level qualification or has recently graduated in Events, Marketing, Business, Communications, Admin or a related discipline
- Multimedia & Marketing Intern
Brief Overview: Support the creation of high-quality visual marketing materials across digital, print, social media, and events.
You will be involved in:- Designing brochures, flyers, sales decks, and exhibition graphics
- Creating campaign assets and social media visuals
- Supporting European campaign coordination and translations
- Maintaining digital asset libraries
- Conducting creative benchmarking and market research
- Has strong design skills and a creative eye
- Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premier Pro) and Canva
- Has BTEC Level qualification or has recently graduated in Graphic Design, Art & Design, Creative, Media Practice, Digital Media, Visual Communication, Advertising & Marketing Communications or equivalent
- Technical Support Intern
Brief Overview: Support the Technical Support team in assisting customers and partners with product-related technical queries, troubleshooting, and system support.
You will be involved in:- Assisting with technical case handling and support tickets
- Supporting troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Helping document solutions and maintain knowledge resources
- Working closely with engineering and product teams to resolve escalations
- Learning structured diagnostic and customer support processes
- Has BTEC Level qualification or has recently graduated in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
- Ideally has experience with IT help desk or technical service environments (advantageous)
