Location: London (Hybrid - 4 days in-office, 1 day from home)

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation and performance of all Hantec Markets trading platforms.
- Configure, install, and maintain trading infrastructure hardware and software.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to trading systems.
- Provide day-to-day support of MT4/MT5 platforms.
- Manage MT4/MT5 Data Centres and monitor platform performance.
- Test and deploy new plugins.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems, procedures, and policies.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (installation, configuration, support, and maintenance).
- Experience with VMware environments.
- Good understanding of firewalls and network security protocols.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Extensive hands-on experience with MT4 and MT5 platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
