Responsibilities of the role:
- Marketing Strategy: Lead account-based marketing strategies for key accounts, clearly articulating Beacon’s value proposition to support client needs and sales objectives. Act as the voice of key accounts within marketing, building strong persona insight and creating assets such as case studies and testimonials. Partner closely with sales and customer success to deliver aligned account plans that drive engagement and growth.
- Campaigns & Lead Generation: Own and execute targeted upsell, cross-sell, and brand campaigns to increase adoption and revenue across key accounts. Deliver personalised content and communications, leveraging digital channels, newsletters, and events to support commercial goals.
- Product & Operations: Support product go-to-market through in-product campaigns, sales collateral, and value propositions. Optimise the marketing tech stack, lead flow, and reporting, streamlining ABM processes and aligning with the wider Hanson Wade Group.
About you:
- 2–4 years of experience in account-based marketing, ideally within life sciences, market intelligence, or a related B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of the market intelligence needs of large pharma drug development teams across R&D, clinical, translational, external innovation, and competitive intelligence functions.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to large or senior audiences.
- High-energy, driven self-starter with the ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology and tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, SEMRush, or SendGrid, and close alignment with sales and customer success teams.
Skills:
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in campaign planning, execution, and evaluation to drive measurable results.
- Proven project and stakeholder management skills, including event delivery, brand alignment, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Expertise in content creation and copywriting, supported by data management, segmentation, and reporting to deliver insight-led marketing activity.
