About the Role
We're looking for a bright, organized and enthusiastic Event Executive with a strong "can-do" attitude to join our Event Delivery team. In this role, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of international, in-person conferences across Europe, the US and Asia - typically managing up to 1-2 events per month. From planning logistics to delivering exceptional on-site experiences, you'll play a key role in ensuring every event runs seamlessly and provides a memorable experience for our attendees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage communications across the full event lifecycle with delegates, speakers and sponsors
- Coordinate all event logistics, including close liaison with conference venues (costs, setup, catering, Wi-Fi, etc.)
- Represent the company on-site at events (international travel required)
- Create, manage and proof event documentation and materials
- Develop detailed event running orders and schedules
- Source, negotiate and manage external suppliers (e.g. AV, technology, signage, hostesses)
- Monitor and manage event budgets
- Support the delivery of event mobile apps for larger conferences
- Collaborate with internal campaign/project teams to deliver on event objectives
- Provide support to the wider team as needed

Experience & Qualifications
- Degree (or equivalent), ideally in Event Management or a related field
- Previous experience within event coordination or event management preferred
- Experience with event technology/software is advantageous
Additional Information
- This role requires international travel, including to the USA so you must be eligible to travel
- You must have the right to work in the UK as we cannot provide sponsorship for this role
