Hanson Zandi is currently hiring a fully remote Senior Account Manager to join our enthusiastic team. Working under the supervision of the Account Director, the Account Manager holds the responsibility of ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of profitable business, while maintaining an excellent level of service for our clients. This role is currently fully remote, though a candidate within commuting distance of Windsor is preferred, for team meet ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating as the day-to-day client contact
  • Managing client accounts (estimating, invoicing, project management, budget-tracking, client interactions, proof and quality checking, timeline management)
  • Responding to client requests in a timely and effective manner
  • Building strong relationships with clients
  • Shared responsibility for new business

Experience

  • At least 2 years' account handling experience at a healthcare communications agency
  • Experience working with Veeva PromoMats
  • Life sciences degree

Skills

  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good financial management
  • Valid UK driving license
