We are looking for a driven and proactive Finance Analyst to join our growing finance team at Hanson Wade. Reporting to the Group Financial Accountant, this role is well suited to a part-qualified accountant with a strong grounding in core transactional accounting. You will play a key role in supporting the month-end close, preparing reconciliations, assisting with audits, and managing day-to-day financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including posting journals for accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and other routine entries
- Complete general ledger reconciliations in line with month-end timelines
- Raise customer invoices and process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to NetSuite
- Update Salesforce and other finance systems to ensure customer and revenue records remain current and accurate
