About the Role
We’re looking for a bright, organised and enthusiastic Event Executive with a strong “can-do” attitude to join our Event Delivery team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of international, in-person conferences across Europe, the US and Asia—typically managing up to 1–2 events per month. From planning logistics to delivering exceptional on-site experiences, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every event runs seamlessly and provides a memorable experience for our attendees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage communications across the full event lifecycle with delegates, speakers and sponsors
- Coordinate all event logistics, including close liaison with conference venues (costs, setup, catering, Wi-Fi, etc.)
- Represent the company on-site at events (international travel required)
- Create, manage and proof event documentation and materials
- Develop detailed event running orders and schedules
- Source, negotiate and manage external suppliers (e.g. AV, technology, signage, hostesses)
- Monitor and manage event budgets
- Support the delivery of event mobile apps for larger conferences
- Collaborate with internal campaign/project teams to deliver on event objectives
- Provide support to the wider team as needed

Experience & Qualifications
- Degree (or equivalent), ideally in Event Management or a related field
- Previous experience within event coordination or event management preferred
- Experience with event technology/software is advantageous
Additional Information
This role requires international travel, including to the USA so you must be eligible to travel. You must have the right to work in the UK as we cannot provide sponsorship for this role.
