We have partnered with a high growth, multi-award winning, Communications Agency with a range of high-profile clients (particularly within the PE space) who are looking to appoint a Partner – Financial Services as part of their continued and significant growth plans. Our client is looking to further strengthen their highly capable team by hiring a Partner to head up and build out their offering across financial communications and corporate communications into the Financial Services market.
With an established base of PE, AM & Banking clients, the agency is seeking a leader who has the desire and gravitas to build and lead an award-winning practice. In this role, you will lead, develop and grow the Financial Services offer, maintaining relationships with key clients, leading new business pitches, nurturing the development and skillset of the team and identifying areas of strategic growth. You will also be an excellent people leader and client counsellor, at C-suite, playing an active and central role on the Leadership Team, working closely with the MD to propel the business forward.
The role requires a strong, strategically minded and progressive leader who excites and inspires the team, clients, potential clients and all external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities - Partner:- Strengthening and broadening the agency’s Financial Services offering for existing and potential clients, including identifying and winning new business activities
- Providing senior client counsel and managing company reputation
- Upskilling the corporate comms team by mentoring and developing junior talent
- Consulting on daily client issues, leading crisis responses, and providing oversight from strategy development to successful execution
- A senior practitioner, experienced in communications with demonstrable credentials within Financial Services.
- A calm under pressure leader with experience in advising clients through major issues and crises with an innate strategic view.
- An excellent team leader and team player – motivational and supportive
