I am working with one of the UK's most respected independent communications agencies to appoint a Social Media Director. With a team of over 120 specialists across the country, the agency partners with some of the nation's best-known brands and is consistently recognised as one of the best places to work in the sector. It is employee‐owned, forward‐thinking and focused on creating an environment where people can thrive.
This is a senior leadership role where you will set the vision for the agency's social media offering and lead the development of social‐first thinking across the business. Reporting into the leadership team, you will work closely with a talented group of specialists in paid social, video, content creation and analytics.
You will be responsible for driving growth, originating and winning new business, and acting as the senior lead on high‐profile campaigns. This is an opportunity to shape and scale a growing discipline, while working with major brands and ambitious teams.
Key Responsibilities- Define and deliver a clear vision for the agency's social media services
- Lead new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
