I'm looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist on behalf of an award-winning, integrated communications agency that’s built for the Networked Age. The agency is made up of over 200 experts working across diverse disciplines including Brand & Reputation, Public Affairs, Crisis & Risk, Capital Markets, Health, Technology, and more. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, entrepreneurial team that leads the way in using behavioural science to solve communications challenges. You'll help develop strategies and multi-channel campaigns that influence everyone from consumers to policy makers, and from stakeholders to shareholders.
Social Media Specialist Key Responsibilities
- Lead client teams in developing strategic social plans and inspiring creative briefs that align with business objectives and audience needs.
- Create and manage engaging content, from ideation to production.
- Run end-to-end influencer campaigns, from strategic planning to execution, ensuring alignment with brand tone and performance goals.
- Use insight and research to craft robust content strategies and deliver smart, measurable campaigns.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic digital advisor and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Oversee performance reporting, define KPIs, analyse outcomes, and optimise content to ensure continuous improvement.
- Mentor and manage junior team members, contributing to talent development while promoting collaboration and best practices across teams.
- Stay on top of platform trends and tools, helping to refine processes and elevate the agency's social and digital offering.
Senior Account Manager Key Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing, ideally with account management responsibilities.
