We are seeking a Senior Exhibition Manager to join our global team and act as the primary point of contact for exhibitors at our prestigious fairs. You will guide exhibitors from concept through to completion, ensuring high-quality, seamless execution of all their technical, design, and logistical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for exhibitors and their Exhibitor Project Managers (EPMs).
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial booth briefings to final approvals.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical drawings and floorplans using AutoCAD.
  • Advise exhibitors on suitable solutions for lighting, flooring, and custom design elements.
  • Oversee the on-site installation and construction of exhibitor stands, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Proactively troubleshoot issues and maintain ongoing communication with exhibitors during the build-up and handover phases.
  • Manage the dismantling process, ensuring efficient and organized breakdown of exhibition stands.
  • Oversee final reconciliations, including cost validation and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with the Project Lead, production, logistics, and account teams to ensure smooth execution of the project.
  • Travel up to 6 weeks per year, supporting fairs globally in Europe, the USA, and Asia, with occasional weekend work.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3–5+ years' experience in architecture, structural builds, exhibition production, or project management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawing preparation; knowledge of Revit or SketchUp is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with digital project management platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets efficiently.
  • Experience with trade fairs, event production, or supplier management is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to fairs and work flexible hours.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German, French, or Arabic is desirable but not essential.
