What we're looking for:
- 3+ years (ideally 5+) experience in recruitment, preferably within agency or executive search
- Proven success in hiring for mid-to-senior level roles across the EU market
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors: communications, marketing, public affairs, regulatory affairs, digital, or PR
- Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to client and candidate management
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and remotely
